Li Ang Wang (aka webleon) is a blogger, project manager and researcher in the field of Web2.0 and Social Media Marketing.
Li Ang Wang grew up in Shanghai. After receiving a B.S. of International Trade in Zhejiang University in 2001, he underwent a 3-year management-training course in Münster, Germany. During that period, Li Ang found his special interest in Internet Industry and Social Media
In 2004, Wang, still an international student of Münster University of Applied Sciences, started his first technology blog, Webleon's Blog. By April 2010, 1059 posts have been posted on this blog, most of them about Web 2.0 applications, Search Engines, SNS and Social Media Marketing. Over 10,000 readers have subscribed to Webleon's Blog. Wang is also an active Twitter user since February 2007; over 23,000 tweets have been updated.
In 2005, Li Ang Wang co-founded Feedsky.com, a Chinese RSS-hosting service. 2 years later, Feedsky began providing review services to over 6 million Chinese blogger users. Li Ang is responsible for the marketing planning and PR activities of this business. Feedsky was acquiesced by the Ad agency Tensynad, in 2008. As Strategy Develop Director in the new company, Li Ang is in involved in a wide variety of research business activities involving Social Media Marketing and relational Blog Buzz design/management using various communication, planning and management techniques.
In 2009, Li Ang won the award of ‘The Best iResearch Experts of New Economics’. Presently, Li Ang is working as a full time researcher focus on Web2.0 and Social Media for SNDA (http://www.snda.com).
